Virgin Media
There systems have been down for 2 days and they still have no clue when they will be back up, do not use these idiots for anything. Sky are 50 times better.

That is it

Re: Virgin MOBILE
Just checked my Virgin internet speed with Broadband Speed Checker

http://www.broadbandspeedchecker.co.uk/

and I'm getting 116 M/sec download and 8 upload. Good luck getting that out of Sky.

My one issue with Virgin is that their catch-up TV guide is painfully slow. I like everything to be lightning fast so I bought a Chromecast and downloaded iPlayer, More 4 and all the other catch-up apps to my phone and just cast that to my telly. Super-quick, easy and HD.

Their Tivo box works great if you record telly to watch later but other than MotoGP on a Monday night my missus monopolises that and it's full of fucking costume dramas.

My dad has Sky and maybe it's because he lives near Canary Wharf I don't even rate his TV picture, let alone his broadband and he pays about ninety quid a month for that.

I know this is a first-world problem and there are kids starving all over the world but I hate slow internet because I'm moving video files and photos so often.

Re: Virgin MOBILE
Virgin Mobile used to piggy back off of T-Mobile but now have moved across to EE. As network coverage goes it's okay and their deals are competitive.

If their systems are down then it is only back ground billing etc, I very much doubt EE have been offline for 2 days!

It should not affect your phone unless you have outstanding bills that have not been paid.

Re: Virgin Media
I've had both and I'll never go back to Sky. Virgin is better in every way.

I wouldn't have Virgin Mobile though, same as I wouldn't use Tesco Mobile, that isn't anything to do with Virgin Media.

Or West Ham, for that matter. Ban this cunt.

I preferred Virgin to Sky. Either way, thank your lucky stars you don't live in the US where all the options are shit.

Re: Virgin Media
their systems have barred my mobile for 2 days for no reasons and coz they are down no one can fix the issues, apparently there are alot of people having the same sissues as me. This happened in february as well, never get a Virgin Mobile

Re: Virgin Media
Never had an issues with Virgin. Sent me a letter saying there were upgrades in the area and the service will be down a couple weeks ago. Didn't bother me as I was at work.

Their broadband speed twice as fast than what Sky and BT can offer.
